We are thrilled to show you our newest, gender neutral bohobaby product, the Cactus Baby Play Gym Set. It helps stimulating the development of visual, motor & sensory skills for babies.
This set consists of a Barrel Cactus-shaped Playmat & 4 hanging Cactus Baby Gym Toys.
We are not selling the wooden frame itself, it was made by us for display purposes only.
The Barrel Cactus Playmat is 68 cm (27 inches) long & 70 cm (27.5 inches) wide.
There are 4 Cactus Baby Play Gym Toys included in the set, they are each around 31 cm (12 inches) long from top to bottom & they have the shape of Saguaros. They feature natural wooden beads and rings too.
The Barrel Cactus Playmat is embellished with little flowers in bloom that serve as another sensory element for baby to enjoy while practising tummy time.
Strictly to be used under adult supervision only. The wooden beads featured on this product may pose a choking hazard if the toy is damaged. Please make sure that you check the set every time before baby starts playing with it.

When running a creative business, it’s important to respect my buyers’ privacy rights and follow data protection laws. As a business owner, I receive certain personal information about my customers when they place an order or contact me about a potential order, such as name, postal address, email address, and phone number. The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other local data protection laws guard how this kind of personal information is collected and used, and protect the privacy rights of online shoppers. Even if I get a buyer’s email address through Etsy to help fulfill the transaction, I’m required to get the buyer’s express consent before sending them marketing messages. Sending unsolicited advertising or promotions through Etsy Convos is not allowed under Etsy’s policies. It is also a criminal offense in some countries. Please note that we are not sending any type of marketing material via Etsy convos or our private emails.
Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

As you may or may not know, there are 2 people running our Etsy shop: me (Inez) and my Mama, Mariann. This means that our capacity is limited as most of our items are mostly handmade and our hands need a bit of resting too now and then. Due to social media popularity (Pinterest & Instagram) we are constantly flooded with orders, so our production times are long for certain products like our nursery mobiles.

What are your current production times?
Production times differ for all types of products. They are specified in each listing on Etsy. What you see, always applies! Please make sure that you check this info BEFORE placing your order to avoid dissappointment.
- boho baby nursery mobiles: usually it’s 3 – 4 weeks
- other items: they usually do not take longer than 2 weeks
Where can I check production times?
When you view or purchase a listing, it has info on average shipping times & the exact production time. Please check these on the listing before you place order. Once ordered, if you download the official ETSY APP, you can check the ‘Purchases & Reviews’ section of your profile to see how many days are left till your order ships. We are unable to rush orders, but please contact me in case you have any issues or questions.
Why does it take so long to get my nursery mobile or other product?
Because there is just me and my Mum to make these and we are constantly flooded with nursery mobile orders due to huge traffic. Our mobiles are the top pinned boho baby nursery mobiles on Pinterest and we were also featured on the official Etsy Instagram feed recently. It grew our number of followers significantly, leading to record sales. We are sorry about the long waiting times and we work very hard to finish and ship all orders asap.
Do you have ready to ship (RDS) products?
Hardly. Whatever we do, it is sold out in mins. We have been unable to go under 50 orders lately, no matter how hard we work.

HOW CAN I ACCESS TRACKING?
Via the official ETSY APP – it is the easiest way to access tracking. You can download it from the APP Store or on Android from Google Play.
If the app is installed, make sure you register. Once registered, choose ‘YOU’, then tap on ‘Purchases & Reviews’ section and look for your order from BohoBabyHeaven. I recommend registering later on even if you have purchased your order as a GUEST. It’s just so much easier.

WHO ANSWERS CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTIONS?
Only Inez. Boho Baby Heaven is on a different time zone that 95 % of its customers, so if you send a status enquiry, you are likely to get an answer with 1 day delay at least. Customer order requests may take longer.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM & HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We are based in sunny Hungary, Europe. We ship REGISTERED via our national postal service (Magyar Posta). Your order will be delivered via your country’s national postal service (USPS, Canada Post, etc.). We do not use carrier services at all.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AT HOME WHEN THEY TRY DELIVERY?
Please make sure you check for a note from the postman in case you are not at home as delivery needs signature. In case you get a note, please follow instructions and rearrange a second or third trial for delivery as soon as possible or take the note and the tracking number and pick up the package at your local post office in person! Please note that I’m unable to rearrange delivery for you from Hungary, this is your responsibility. If you do not pick up item, it will stay on hold for several weeks until it gets shipped back to me. There were a few cases out of hundreds when packages stayed on hold and there was no note from the post office. We do not know why this happens, but packages can be located with the tracking number and this info:

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT CLAIM MY PACKAGE?
If you do not pick up item, it will stay on hold as an international package for some time (please note: duration of hold varies by country). Then it gets shipped back to me. If item is unclaimed, only the price of the product will be refunded. If you want item to be resent, you need to cover shipping cost again.
WHAT ARE THE AVERAGE SHIPPING TIMES?
– Europe: 5-10 days
– USA, Canada, Australia: 14 – 18 days
Please note that these are estimates only, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, natural disasters, seasonal holidays, package being held up in customs, local post office not delivering to door, etc. We do not consider an item lost up to 6 weeks. Our packages never get lost, they can be located if undelivered. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order and you are nearing 2 weeks in waiting after your order shipped.
