    Menton: the Pearl of France

“Each day of our lives we make deposits in the memory banks of our children.”

I hope he remembers running along this shore, hopping in that huge pile of sand, looking up at those wonderful palm trees and having a picnic under them too. The stunning view on Menton bay at blue hour, the best mango ice cream and his first ever peaceful swim in the sea 🙂

  • MY TRAVELS

    Jardin Exotique De Monaco

An Eden bathed in light, nestled between rock and vegetation. A suspended garden, with a series of bridges, archways and paths amidst hundreds of species of outlandishly shaped exotic plants. An absolute must visit!!!

This was one of the absolute highlights of our road trip, I just wish we had arrived a little later when the light was nicer. The Garden offers a breathtaking panorama stretching between the French and Italian Rivieras. In this unique setting the garden has been able to take advantage of the exceptionally mild climate enjoyed by the Cote d’Azur.

Some plants have reached the enormous proportions of their natural state. Now this is what I call plant inspo 🙂 I was in awe so many times, it is still unbelievable how wonderful this place was. I almost cried several times, I felt so grateful to be able to travel again and witness this beauty.

  • LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL,  MY TRAVELS

    November moods

November moods in the Irish countryside…. the beginning of winter and perhaps the last chance to make the most of the great outdoors before the freezing weather sets in. Those barren, mossy trees are so magical to me!
